When installing a large, important program like Logic, I use an unusual procedure that you might want to consider. Probably CodeMeter is not causing your problem with the Logic install, but I would say there's a small possibility that it is. And the way to do that is via an uninstaller program they provide, here. Then I was prompted to insert the "Audio Content 2" disc but another prompt asked me to insert the "Logic Studio Install DVD" again. Then I was prompted to insert the "Audio Content 1" disc.
